Thank you for choosing Empathy House Cleaning for your cleaning needs. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking our services. 

 

1. Booking and Payment

   - A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking for End of tenancy cleaning, Deep house cleaning, or Oven clean services. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount due. 

   - The remaining balance is due upon completion of the cleaning service. Payment can be made by bank transfer. 

 

2. Cancellations

   - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel within the 24 hour timeframe, the £50 deposit will be non-refundable.

3. Pet Policy

  - For the safety of our cleaning staff and your pets, all pets must be securely locked away in a separate room or area while we clean your property. 

  - Please ensure that your pets are in a safe and comfortable environment during the cleaning service. 

 

4. Service Scope

   - Our cleaning services include but are not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and oven cleaning.    

- We strive to provide a high-quality cleaning service tailored to meet your specific needs and requirements. 

 

5. Access and Security

   - For security reasons, we require someone to be present at the property during the cleaning service. If this is not possible, alternative arrangements must be made in advance. 

   - Please ensure that our cleaning staff have safe and unobstructed access to all areas of the property to be cleaned. 

 

6. Customer Satisfaction

   - Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address any concerns promptly and effectively. 

   - We welcome feedback and suggestions to improve our services and ensure customer satisfaction. 

 

7. Liability

   - While our cleaning staff take all necessary precautions, we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses incurred during the cleaning service. 

   - Please notify us of any valuable or fragile items that require special attention during the cleaning process. 

 

8. Health and Safety

   - Our cleaning staff are trained in health and safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for both our employees and customers. 

  • Please inform us of any health or safety hazards in the property before the cleaning service begins. 

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

   - Empathy House Cleaning reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any updates in advance. 

 

10. Insurance

    - We are fully insured to protect you and our staff. Our insurance coverage includes General Liability Insurance, Workers' Compensation Insurance and Bonding Insurance.
