- Removing Oven Racks: The oven racks are removed and cleaned seperately either by soaking them in cleaning solution or scrubbing them.

- Cleaning Oven Interior: Interior of oven is cleaned using specialised oven cleaner or mixture of baking soda. The cleaner is applied to interior surfaces of the oven and left to sit for a period of time.

- Scrubbing and Degreasing: After the cleaning solution has had time to work, the interior surfaces of the oven are scrubbed using brush or sponge. 

- Cleaning Oven Door: The oven door, including the glass window, is cleaned. The door seals and hinges are checked and cleaned as needed.

- Cleaning Oven Exterior: The exterior of the oven, including the control panels an knobs, is wiped down and cleaned.

- Cleaning Oven Ventilation: The ventilation system of oven is checked and cleaned.

- Final Rinse Wipe down: Once the interior and exterior of the oven are cleaned, a final rinse is done. The oven is then dried and polished.
